You have rarely seen, smelled or tasted such a difficult and precarious, but Oh so tasty product as a truffle. The different types come in a variety of flavours, scents and shapes.
Leading the range are the black winter truffle and the white Alba truffle . Also available - depending on the season - are the summer truffles , the autumn truffle and the white spring truffle.

Truffles look best when they are washed. However, in order to preserve their freshness and aroma, truffles should not be in contact with water. This is why we prefer brushed truffles.
