Besides the strictly selected base product and the deveined goose livers (foie gras paré), we have a basic range of terrines, blocks and torchons. We also make preparations on request of the chef, tailored to his preferences, with his recipe and garnish. That way the product is home-made following traditional methods under the best hygiene conditions. This is true custom-made workmanship!
