Since Nivo-finess' was founded in 1994, it has grown into a quality label with only one aim: to supply top-quality foie gras for the professional consumer.

Top-quality start with the strict selection of suppliers. And there is our breeding programme, where the geese spend the majority of their lives outside, eat whole corn and are moderately fed. That results in a perfect foie gras of 500gr, not a sick liver of 1kg that melts while preparing. Through exceptionally high ethical standards of production we have managed to reinforce the idea that through correct husbandry the result is a far superior product.

In addition to foie gras, Nivo-finess’ specialises in truffles. In order to supply you all year around with a steady supply of quality truffles, we work together with suppliers in France and Italy.

Truffles

As we are always on the look out for new and fine products, and thanks to our close contacts in the culinary world, our range continues to grow. We currently offer a variety of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and seasoning, as well as specialities such as confit of green tomato, elderflower jelly, stewed quince and various types of vinegar based syrups. Goose and duck meat (cuisses, filet, magrets, gizzard) is also always available to order.
