Introduction

Since Nivo-finess' was founded in 1994, it has grown into a quality label with only one aim:

To supply top-quality foie gras and strictly select, pack and/or process the product to everyone's liking.
This is aimed at the professional consumer.

An HACCP approved installation and two EG approval numbers, B787 and UD3017, are therefore essential.

In addition to foie gras, we specialise in truffles. In order to supply you all year around with a steady supply, we work together with France and Italy.

As we are always on the look out for new and fine products, and thanks to our close contacts in the culinary world, our range continues to grow. We currently offer a variety of olive oils from different regions, balsamic vinegar and seasoning, as well as specialities such as confit of green tomato, elderflower jelly, stewed quince and various types of vinegar based syrups.
Goose meat (cuisses, magrets, gizzard) is also always available to order. Further additions to the range will follow.
